POLICY
(PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING)
BOOKING:
You will receive a confirmation text immediately after booking; please
confirm.
DEPOSIT & FEE: $20 via cash app or Zelle
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your appointment & deposit made goes towards your remaining balance. Remaining balance is due upon arrival preferably paid in cash only.
RESCHEDULING:
You must reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can only reschedule one time per deposit.
TRAVEL:
Leave early to arrive on time.
If driving, please allow yourself enough time to find parking.
(parking is available)
No extra guest or children are allowed.
LATE:
If you are 10 mins late, you will be charged a $15 late fee.
After 15 mins late, appointment will be canceled, & you will be charged the full amount of service.
NO CALL/ NO SHOW= banned.
CLIENT PREPARATION: (eyelash extensions)
Mask are mandatory & must be worn during your appointment.
You must come with bare face & no make up residue on your natural lashes, or previous lash set if booking a fill-in.
